API Keys

Upon registration for FraudSpect’s services, users may be provided with API keys for accessing and using our APIs. API keys are confidential and proprietary to FraudSpect and are provided to users solely for the purpose of accessing and using our services in accordance with these Terms of Use. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their API keys and for any activities that occur using their API keys. Users must not share, transfer, or disclose their API keys to any third party without FraudSpect’s prior written consent. FraudSpect reserves the right to revoke or disable API keys at any time in its sole discretion, without liability, if it determines that the user's use of the API keys violates these Terms of Use or poses a security risk to FraudSpect’s systems or other users. Users agree to use API keys only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Unauthorized use of API keys or any attempt to circumvent FraudSpect’s security measures may result in the immediate termination of access to our services and legal action. By using our services and API keys, users acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Use and any additional terms and conditions provided by FraudSpect from time to time regarding the use of API keys.
